Fifteen by thirty inches of velvet, with wire through the edges so you can shape the loops and let the tails hang where you want. Big enough to read as a statement on a front door without going to the six-foot extreme.
In red for the traditional version, or milk white, khaki and pink if your scheme runs quieter. Fold it flat at the end of the season and it comes out the same shape next year.
